1.About Us

Payorite Print Media Private Limited is an offset printing and packaging company based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, specialising in monocartons, E-flute boxes, labels and commercial printing.

2.Orders & Artwork Approval

• All orders start only after 100% artwork approval from the client via WhatsApp or email.
• The client is responsible for spellings, colours (CMYK), dimensions and barcode readability. Once artwork is approved, Payorite is not liable for artwork errors.
• Colours may vary by up to 10% between the CMYK offset process and on-screen view. This is industry standard.

3.Pricing & Payment

• All prices are ex-factory, Udaipur. GST at 18% is extra unless mentioned.
• New clients: 50% advance to start production and 50% before dispatch.
• Regular clients: as per agreed credit terms.
• Quotations are valid for 7 days only, as paper rates fluctuate daily.

4.Production & Delivery Timeline

• Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days after artwork approval and receipt of advance.
• Payorite is not liable for delays caused by paper mill shortages, transport strikes, power failures or other force majeure events.
• Delivery is made via transport or courier. Freight is payable by the client unless included in the quotation.

5.Quantity Tolerance

As per printing industry norms, a variation of ±10% in the final quantity is acceptable due to set-up wastage. Billing will be for the actual quantity dispatched.

6.Cancellation

Once paper is cut or plates (CTP) are made, an order cannot be cancelled. The advance is non-refundable, and the full cost of work done up to that date will be charged.

7.Dies, Blocks & Plates

All dies, punches and foil blocks remain the property of Payorite unless the client has paid separately for die-making charges. We store client dies free of charge for 1 year.

8.Intellectual Property

The client guarantees that all artwork, logos and text provided do not infringe any copyright or trademark. The client is solely responsible for any intellectual property dispute.

9.Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of printing only, and does not extend to the client's product loss, brand loss or any indirect loss.

10.Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan only.
