When you enquire or place an order, we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, GST number, shipping address and artwork files.
2.How We Use Your Data
- To provide quotations, process orders, dispatch goods and offer support.
- To send order updates on WhatsApp or email.
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
3.How We Store Data
Artwork and data are stored on our secure server and Google Drive. We retain order records for 5 years for accounting purposes.
5.Client Confidentiality
We treat all your designs, pricing and product details as confidential. We will never display your box design in our portfolio without your written permission, except for generic mockups.
6.Third-Party Sharing
We share data only with our logistics partners (for delivery) and payment gateway (for payment), and only to complete your order.
7.Your Rights
You can ask us to delete or correct your data by emailing us at udr@payoriteprintmedia.com. We will act on your request within 30 days.
