Step 01 · Green Packaging

In-House E-Flute Corrugation Plant: The Sustainable Box

We have moved beyond traditional bulky corrugation. Our new E-flute (1.5mm ultra-thin flute) plant makes packaging that is lighter, stronger and kinder to the planet.

  • Uses 60% Less Paper

    Thinner flute means less raw material and less tree cutting.

  • Lightweight = Lower Carbon

    Your shipment weight is reduced, so transport fuel and courier emissions are reduced.

  • 100% Recyclable & Biodegradable

    Made with best quality kraft, with no plastic lamination needed for strength.

  • Stronger Than Regular

    Despite being thin, E-flute has high crush strength for zero damage in transit.

  • Perfect Print Surface

    Unlike brown B-flute, E-flute gives you premium brand printing on top.

Result: You get a box that looks like a luxury monocarton but protects like a corrugated box, and is fully sustainable.
